very thick , not see through like others. high quality. note. that seller makes it confusing to special order and there messerments are off. the length is correct the width is off u end up loosing width and spend more for less when u ask to quadruple the size. long story short this is my 4th blanket I bought and still haven't found a seller to accurately make it persay for a king size bed. so unfortunately I'm still looking for a good honest reliable seller. so if they read this know that I'm still spending money on blankets just not from you for the time being. which is sad this is the best blanket for sure. I need someone to make one for a king size bed. cause the others fall off in the night and don't cover the whole bed like a actual blanket
