I didn't receive this item, but the delivery status shows 'delivered'. So I asked the store to check the delivery info, but they didn't reply back to me even they saw the message! After I claim a refund, they finally replied me back (needed more than 7 days) and said 'we can send it again'.. I understand that it takes a time more than usual to deriver the package, but it doesn't mean the shops can ignore the customer's message. Disappointed :((
