Item received fully sealed. On opening to check - the item does not seems brand new. Some of the mounting teeth of the vegetables are not straight and some are bend at the tips. There are also mild stain on the cutting blade. The description of the product was not as expected. What shall i do? I wish to return the item and get a refund. I to go about doing it. Appreciate you kind consideration and help with the process. Josephine
