it was unclear to me, when purchasing the product, what "AC85-265V" means. Possibly that I could use it on 230 Volt, without a transformer ? I now received a 12V DC version, probably I should better have ordered that "AC85-265V" type as I would not have needed an extra adapter. "AC85-265V" is simply too cryptic a description.
