I received the light bulb broken in a broken state. I opened a dispute here and they returned only half of the purchase price.

I never received the item. Ali issued a refund but the process had become a lot more complicated now. I'm not sure if buying through Ali is the best option anymore. Shipments are taking anywhere from 2 to 3 months to arrive now.
