Just Disappointed with brushes

Bad customer service, they will block you and don’t want to really solve problems, only want to earn money, at the expense of the customer. Parcel did not arrive, but tracking says that I was delivered. That could happen, because the postman always will say that everything is delivered. So I contacted the Postal company and they say that only the SELLER could start a investigation for this problem. But the seller refuse to do that and keep asking for a Proof of Loose from the postal company. The Postal company could not deliver that before an investigation has been finished. So seller dont want to do anything to solve this problem. After the seller received the money, they blocked me.
