It seems to be not oryginal, or it is way out of date. Nc-559 is not smooth (some crystals, or other stuff can be seen) , RMA-218 has lot no. 2013 03 08 11. There is no expiry date on product. But it's cheap, and You can still use it for solder rusty wires etc.
