Nine batteries were tested with Lii500. The results are: 2759, 2823, 2889, 2911, 2952, 2959, 2965, 2979, 3006 mAh. So, mostly, they are OK, considering their capacity, but some of them are not that good. And these batteries cannot withstand 20A discharge. With continuous discharge 10A they heat up to 75 degrees Celsius (ambient temperature 22 degrees). Greater heating would be dangerous. So the real parameters should be 10A(continous current), 15A(peak current). Not suitable for E-cigarettes at all. They are decent general purpose batteries though.
Capacity corresponds to the claimed, tested by the tester ZB2L3. Current 20A can not withstand, but does not explode, the pressure protection inside the battery has worked. Internal resistance DC 50mΩ. The real maximum current is about 10A.
