It's a pigtail to connect a bunch of batteries. Not sure what I'm supposed to use this for. It isn't safe to charge the batteries using this. It isn't practical to use this on the an RC Car as there is nowhere to put the extra batteries.

The picture provided on the page is a US-style plug. What I received was a EU style plug with an adapter. The plug sticks off the wall so far it doesn't stay in.
