This seller must be banned from aliexpress. First He told me he argued that shiping taxes raised and he couldn't send the parcel without a payment of USD10.00 at his paypal account. When I asked a buy cancelling informing that seller couldn't send the parcel, he denied this and informed a tracking number (UB263353897TW) from a parcel which was delivered in Curitiba City and I live in Balneario Camboriu city (FAKE TRACKING NUMBER). I waited almost 2 months to delivery with my money held. Only after the delivery in another city and province, I could open a dispute for a refund. In the dispute, He still had the poker face to ask for a dispute close and a friendly refund on paypal account. This is a disonest seller! Be aware with this piece of junk!
