Desr seller, today I received the bracelet see I had been waiting for so long. Unfortunately, as I opened the box, I saw that the two side clasps were missing, so the closure opened all the time and the bracelet fell out of my hand. I am asking for a full refund for the bracelet because unfortunately I can not wear it. I would appreciate your quick response. Attached please find photos of the broken braclet.
