The backpack is exactly as described.
Deliver was less than 30 days and tracking delivery progress was easy and informative. Package arrived as ordered: Large, Orange. The UHMWPE material is exactly as described; waterproof and tough. However, this pack IS NOT WATERPROOF. I received the "older model" and the pack has holes in bottom where the hip belt goes through. A pack liner is required. I can remove the hip belt for lighter loads, such as day hikes. This pack is a terrific value! Using the pack fully loaded, I found it very comfortable and it handles weight very well. The pack is frame-less. With the vertical back supports/ventilation, I can report that the pack is sufficiently ridged without a frame. I have a minor gripe with the narrow chest strap and clasp, but, otherwise, I would buy this pack again and believe the value to be superior when compared to similar packs made by cottage manufacturers that are sold at three times the price of this unit.
