When I ordered the product, the seller wrote that shipping is free. It stated Sellers shipping method. At the end the product was sent by DHL and when it arrived in, Serbia, my country, DHL charge me for the service 48 euros plus 12 euros TAX (TAX is OK). I emphasize that 48 euros was not charge for customs, because it is under 50 euros, and there is not custom fee for items bellow 50 euros. I think that the seller should have written that I would be charged for the shipping service or custom service. At the end I don't know what they charged me for. DHL told me that seller choose that shipping method and that is why they charged me. At the end I was charged for shipping more than the product costs. This isn't my first purchase, and this never happened before.
