This is my first time to buy 3D printer. I take a look for some period then I selected this machine from this company. - Printer design is good. I am designer and machine maker. So I like design on double support for all axises. - I have to direct contact to seller becasue they never ship to Thailand. The support team is great. Very quickly response a question and give me the good suggestion. - Shipping is fast by Fedex and also I have got the good support from seller again about document preparation and up grade shipping to Fedex for free. - During assembly machine, I found many problem (not from machine but from myself) but I have got the good support from team until I can fixed all problems and running machine as normal.
