It’s as described but my fault for not understand swivel meaning. It turns out that it’s not easy for me to use since it doesn’t stay at the angle I want it. Have to hold it to spray at the direction. So if one hand is holding it, can’t wash dishes with only one hand . Very inconvenient, so it’s a waste of money.
