They seem to be build in a good manner. But they are NOT bright at all to be a 35W LED light, Very little lumens. Other wise they are more or less what they described. I knew the luminosity problem could be a reality.

described ok on the item page. product, however, is not as good as picture. in fact, can't be used. Its far from straight as can be seen on the picture. if mounted, it will surely light up the side walk, but not the road in front of you.
Seller responded immediately regarding the quality and offered to resend part(s) or refund. Refund was processed. would order with supplier again
