This is a battery charger only. It only works plugged into mains on Chinese plug. Seller refunded in full

firstly was charged half what I paid for it at customs. Find the charge current very high. the readings don't correspond when testing with multimeter. not sure when and if it goes on to trickle charge mode. output voltage also high. hope this charger doesn't damage my battery. still it defenetly charges and looks identical to picture and came before the 2 months.
