1. The delivered parts did not fit the torn instructions that were in the box 2. the screws supplied are extremely thin for their use(holding a TV Mount and a TV) 3. The connection of the two arm parts is only secured with a spring screw that is screwed into a plastic thread. 4. The Part that is supposed to actually keep the arms and TV from sliding on the pole is made of plastic and then bent with quick release to force grip the pole. That is absolutely unsafe. Bending plastic will result in breaking if not in the short term than in the long term. Do not hang a 55" TV on this mount!
