products are damaged, see pictures, 2 of 5 can not be used. With better packaging it would be excellent product. However, now I have to discard 2 knobs, which is sad.

Neutral rating for poor service. Either the seller sent it to the wrong place, or it was delivered to the wrong place. The seller did nothing to solve the problem. Only no sense questions from his side. It's a miracle that the package was finally delivered with my city around travel . The product itself is not bad.
