item arrived in perfect condition. I haven't tried it out yet. I suspect it works. I'll be using it with 240V to switch my water heater. I'll only be switching one live wire. The neutral will be the other live side. I wish the relay was double pole so I could switch both live wires. Also the terminal block is a bit small for 14 gauge wire to carry 20 Amps.

installed on 220V 20amp water heater. Pairing was easy. Works with Alexa. Measured operating temperature at 30C on plastic housing and 50C on contacts and relay. I would not use this for more than 3000 Watts.
