I was sent a defective pot with a damaged protective film inside the bottom part of the pot. The seller did not help and ignored my messages after supplying pictures as requested. It was very poor customer service, and the quality of the product was below expecations. Additionally to this, we had to wait over 2 months for the delivery to arrive, and had to pay 25 USD worth of customs fee. Overall, a highly dissappointing purchasing experience, and will not recommend buying this product - you will get no help when your product is damaged, and will have to wait a VERY long time to get your item.
