My second one of these - the first lasted two years and the hose on the inside failed. No biggie, $8 every two years is okay by me. I have spinal issues, and this allows me to wash dishes without bending down. I love it. Shipping and delivery was very fast, could have been packed better but no damage. Thumbs up.

I will explain why I am not satisfied with item. You do not have very important informations about faucet pipe DIAMETER of pipe, so IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to choose right one. Item is ok, but diameter is unusable for me. So please put the diameter of gooseneck, hose, pipe...
