2 days after shipping, my order had some trouble at sorting center. Alerted by tracking, 2 weeks later I've asked the seller to solve the issue. After 30 days the parcel was finally returned to sender. Seller was slow to react, only after 60 days and much insistence, he finally sent the parcel again with a new tracking number. In the end, it took 110 days to delivery, and 1 item (of 23 ordered) was missing. Overall I respect the seller's commitment to make it right, so I won't complain, but this was not a good experience.
