article was bad packaged, so had to restorate it
I bought this item and after my transaction was complete the seller messaged me saying the goods have a problem. I check back the next day and they still have the listing but had significantly increased the price. I went back and forth messaging the seller and told them this was extremely unprofessional and that they need to change their listing to include the entire costs of the item. The seller provided no acceptable compromise and all they could say was sorry and that If I didn't pay more for shipping they wouldn't send my item. They were originally going to refund me through paypal, I refused and let customer service get involved to help. The seller sent me a false shipping tracking number the last possible day they were able to without penalty which lengthened the process of being able to file a dispute. After the dispute time expired I was finally able to file a dispute needed to cancel. This seller is entirely unprofessional and should be banned. What an awful experience.
