The extra box of the tools had a crack in it, but that's most likely the fault of the post office. The product is great, and it arrived quickly. It's not very powerful, but I bought it for small cleaning/cutting jobs, and it's perfectly fine for that. (it definitely won't cause any body harm when not attaching a cutting/drilling tool, that's actually a positive thing for me.) Overall: very satisfied, thank you.
