Item as described. Silicone is soft and silky, the ball is very large like I wanted. you can lock it with a padlock. I am a little worried about strength around the metal loops, but so far there are no problems.

I ordered it for new year, got it later despite the advertising on a fast delivery. the buckle is rubber, so it's comfortable, but so stretchy it barely hold the ball in the mouth, even tightened, so it's only a toy, not a real silencer gag.
