you have to be careful buying this item because installation requires the back box to be flush with the wall so the switch back plate tightens down uniformly without any bowing. My switches ended up screwing down on the top and bottom edge of the wall and the switches worked intermittently. switch backplate too cheap and thin compared to MK.
