It works well. Need to press the probe to at least 4 inches for accurate PH reading. If it does not seem to work, pull the probe out and press it in again. Wipe the probe with clean damp cloth at least twice. Make sure the probe is allowed to dry before storing.

Due to poor packing the item arrived bent but in working condition.
