The seller was very communicative about when parts were out of stock, would always look into my requests. Only issue I had with the parts was that the ballscrews could have been wrapped with bubble wrap and sealed tight with tape. During shipping they poked wholes and allowed dirt into the bags. A little cleaning fixed this but still could have been prevented.
