I received 2 batteries without the protective over charging/discharging protective circuit as SPECIFICALLY described in the product information page and requested in the notes to the seller when the order was placed. One of the batteries will not charge at all (No DC voltage on DVM) and the other one became hot immediately upon connecting it to the solar panel. The panel and charging circuit have been tested and are functioning correctly. I have asked for a refund, but only get emails with broken English telling me "do not worry". I am requesting a refund for this order.
