the screen is scratched, altough new, it looks like very used, means very bad product handling and care less for what customer will receive.
OK, I admit this is the case, as I stated, the LCD is new (not soldered), but it looks really like used one, not just few lines with the pen as during testing... Overall your service is OK and I would recomend peoples buyng from you, just make sure you provide additional info for such cases...
