I am sorry but the product does not work ! I have bought 2 units and they only work on read-only mode (you can check on disk manager) I have tried other hard drives and all of them became read-only when inserted in this case. Then I tried another case from another brand and it worked to write on every hard drive that I have. I have even tried on another computer and it was only as "read-only" so I cannot write files to it
