The humidifiers themselves are fine and work well, and shipping was very quick. The problem is the seller. The lot consists of 2 humidifiers (+2 plugs), I ordered 2 lots. However, I received only one. When I contacted the seller with the issue, they said that nothing was wrong (it's not clear if their English skills were insufficient or they just didn't want to accept their fault), so I had to open a dispute. I got the price of the lot that wasn't delivered back, but I still had to waste a lot of time on this.
