Arrived in perfect condition and well enough packaged. Understandably the shipping took a while (~60 days) since shipping of lithium batteries is a bit problematic. Both cells arrived charged to 3.28 V and after charging to 3.55 V both tested over 6000 mAh. Would recommend ++++++++++
