Items as described, stored separately at boxes each and protected by bubble wrap at package. Shipping took long, almost a month. Unfortunately grandpa died on COVID-19 so I couldn't test it as it was for him.

quite easy to set up. took about 10 mins. distance quite good. receiver from second floor could pick up the signal from first floor.
