I ordered 3 sets of these charms and I only received 1 set and after trying to get the seller to understand this for days they kept telling me to be patient it's on its way. And I kept saying, no I've already received the package but 2 sets were not sent. But they still said be patient. So I opened a dispute and am still waiting for a refund.
