Ordered a set of hood lift struts for two vehicles, a 2017 Ford Escape and 2018 Ford Explorer, Ordered on June 4 and they were both delivered in June 16 to Canada because the seller upgraded the shipment to DHL express which was a nice surprise. Instructions for the Ford Escape was clear and easy to follow, the Ford Explorer instructions were not as clear, both hood lift struts work very well once you install them, I would buy again from the same seller for future vehicles, Thanks a lot!
