I haven't used them yet but I've done an inspection and everything seems fine to me. Also I've measured the length and both are okay, it's slightly shorter (less than 0.5 cm) but that can be my measuring tape.

I bought 137cm, I got 136,5cm, it's perfect - so there is not too much need to turn the string to tighten it. Seems pretty durable.
