I didn't received the good size (too small) and the seller wouldn't "believe me" or care about it ?.. I sent him pictures of the size and he kept telling me it was 12 mm (the size I actually ordered) and that it was different because of the "heart shape"... But that's not how it works, sizes are supposed to be universal despite the shape, I've ordered other shapes of plugs in the past and I never had any issue. I'm thinking they might have take the mesure of the flare instead of the middle part ? I don't know.. Im really disappointed. Bad size and really bad communication (nearly insulting).
