My dispute with the Seller: I ordered the item with option "2pcs 17x15 500mm" which means: outer diameter=17mm, inner diameter=15.5mm (see picture 1) I received the item with the wrong size: outer diameter=17mm, inner diameter=14.5mm (see pictures 2 & 3) Therefore there is an error of 1 mm for the inner diameter. A tolerance/error margin of 0.1 mm - 0.3 mm is normal and acceptable, but an error of 1 mm is too much. Please see how size options for the item range from 1 mm by 1 mm. The item is sold by steps of 1 mm (see picture 1). It is not acceptable to order an item with size 15.5mm, and receive an item with size 14.5mm instead.
