Very excellent service!!! The shop immediately sent me a new USB Charger after my complaint that they had included a wrong model meant for Panasonic. Furthermore, along with the correct version of the charger, the shop sent me an extra battery for free. Thank you very much! Great compensation for the time lost I had because of extra waiting. I would like to give them SIX stars for their customer service desk.
