Long story short shipping was fast which I appreciate. However, this item is not as described. I purchased two sets of these lights, in part because it clearly states that there is a "12,000 RPM cooling fan" that keeps it "40% cooler". Well, there is in fact no cooling fan. When I raised this issue with the seller, although they admit that yes, the ad is wrong and it is thier mistake. The most they can offer is a $5 discount if I purchase another set of headlights. I countered with $10 discount becuase IMO, I should not have to give them more money to be made whole on this purchase anyway, but I am not unreasonable. But they rejected the $10 proposal, now in dispute. . .
this item was originally advertised as having a cooling fan and I raised the issue with the seller and the sellers original offer was not enough to rectify the situation for me which was $5 off my next order. I said $10 dollars off would make it right for me otherwise I will open a dispute and feedback accordingly. seller refused. After I opened dispute and left feedback they agreed to my proposal but only after I close the dispute. I close the dispute and am prepared to make my next order to claim the $10 off. then they refuse to honor the $10 discount because of my feedback, which 1 I told them I was going to do and 2 feedback didn't change from when he agreed to my proposal. So he baited me to close the dispute then would give the discount promised. will NOT be dealing with this store again!
good seller , only problem with the box that my lens were in, that got broke a plastic clip , in rest just fine .
