I am not sure if these are new capacitors. Only the label looks new. One piece had damaged connectors. I measured the capacitance of the 1 pcs, which amounted to 353F. Price is adequate to the quality. Fast shipping and delivery.
Upon closer inspection, I am sure that the capacitors are recycled, after dented, repaired and filled with glue. Everything is covered with a label.... This is refurbished supercapacitor.
