These fit the Etymotic er4/er3/er2 and sound amazing. Comfortwise tho, if you thought the stock tips hurt, these are on another level. In saying that, your ears might fit these perfectly and at this price it's worth a shot. You could also try cutting off the top tip to make a dual flange, but that changes the sound(for the worst imo).
