This wire is not 000 979 131 E as it should be regarding to item's description. It is bigger than should be and therefore it can not be used "as is" to connect to VW light switch socket (I needed this wire to add contact number 5 for my fog light project). I contacted seller and asked "is this wire compatible with VW light switch?" before placing the order and his answer were "I don't know". I asked for more information then (exactly size on pins etc.), but he didn't answer. Actually my message is still unread ♂️ I placed the order and hoped that it will be same as VW code (000 979 131 E) in description says. So this wire is not "plug and play" and I had to modify it (I took off metallic covering shell on pin and flattened it to get it smaller). to seller!
