Incredibly slow and stupid customer service. They mixed up length and quantity and sent me one 2m belt instead of two 2 meter belts. Ok, *it happens, no big deal, but! It took them 4 days to realize what was happened! Finally they've got it and offered me to include missing belt in my next order. So I did placed my next order and send them the number. After 4 days what do you think they said me? "Sorry, we missed your order, it was send without your belt". Unbelievable! So if you get in any trouble with this shop - you are doomed!
