DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER Buying from this seller has been one of the worst AliExpress experiences I have ever had. Here is a list of all the issues I had. 1. They forgot to ship product for two weeks. I had to contact them several times to ask why product had not been shipped. 2. They refused to satisfy their delivery guarantee policy and give refund 3. When package finally arrive 3 weeks after the guarantee delivery date I find they sent wrong item. I order 2kw heater and they sent me 5kw heater. 4. I tell them they sent wrong item and they refuse to exchange for correct item or give full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
