I purchased the product on 11th of November among my other 20 purchases as Christmas gifts. All my purchases took 12 to 15 days to arrive but this one came on January 2nd. I couldn't track it because of lack of Info. I've sent messages to the seller asking for help, no help at all. I've started a dispute, no solution at all. I cancelled the dispute because the product arrived. But right now it's pointless. I'm NOT buying from this seller again.
