The product takes a very long time to heat up before I could write on the wood. Also, it is very shaky while writing even after I have tighten the tip...Not sure what is wrong. I am not even able to draw a short straight line. Also, the flat tip is not filed properly (the sharp edge is not straight) so the burn mark on the wood is not even. Then flat tip is also burnt after the first usage. - please refer to the photo. I hope the seller can advise what is wrong or send me another flat tip of better quality. Thank you~
