Solid design, bulky aluminium. I can confirm that the UVC diodes have quartz covering, and the banana test confirms they are genuine 275nm. The 9 UVC version runs at just over 10 watts, and becomes hot to touch but heat is well managed. UVC output is slightly below 50% of power consumed by my estimation. Power consumption of 18 UVC lamp is 18 watts, and if my guestimate is correct, UVC is approximately half of the output. The 18 UVC version is better value output per dollars. The 9 UVC version might be favoured if space is constrained - it is half the size of the 18 UVC. Great product - thank you seller, designer, producer. Unique in the market.
